Homebrewing Made Simple

Beer, liquid bread, brewski, nectar of the gods; whatever you call it, this sudsy drink has been around for at least 5,000 years. While you might not become immortal if you drink it as the ancient Greeks believed of Ambrosia, drinking enough beers will certainly make you feel invincible.

Our goal with this blog is not only to cover different styles of beer, up and coming breweries, or trends in the brewing world, but also to expand the beer community’s fan base to homebrewing.

It can be a daunting task to the novice and even the experienced homebrewer alike to attempt to concoct beer within the comfort of one’s own home. It shouldn’t feel like you need a degree in Chemistry in order to brew a simple beer. Even the lingo that the beer community has created for certain steps in the brewing process can seem like a foreign language and at times can be intimidating.

We believe that brewing beer should be just as easy as cooking a meal. With simple recipes, instructions to follow, and links to the required equipment and ingredients, our goal is to provide the community with an easy method to brew beer that doesn’t require you to don a lab coat.
